For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Erie

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...
The remnant low of Helene, with minimum central pressure of 29.60
inches, will drift east-northeastward from the Lower Ohio
Valley to the Upper Ohio Valley through Monday and then dissipate
in vicinity of the Upper Ohio Valley Monday night. Simultaneously,
a trough averaging 29.80 inches lingers over Lake Erie. In
addition, a warm front sweeps northward across Lake Erie Monday
night into Tuesday morning and is followed by the southeastward
passage of a cold front later Tuesday through Tuesday night.
Behind the cold front, a ridge averaging 30.00 inches builds from
the Upper Midwest and vicinity through Wednesday and then begins
to exit toward the Mid-Atlantic states on Thursday.
