SYNOPSIS
The remnant low of Helene, with minimum central pressure of 29.60inches, will drift east-northeastward from the Lower OhioValley to the Upper Ohio Valley through Monday and then dissipatein vicinity of the Upper Ohio Valley Monday night. Simultaneously,a trough averaging 29.80 inches lingers over Lake Erie. Inaddition, a warm front sweeps northward across Lake Erie Mondaynight into Tuesday morning and is followed by the southeastwardpassage of a cold front later Tuesday through Tuesday night.Behind the cold front, a ridge averaging 30.00 inches builds fromthe Upper Midwest and vicinity through Wednesday and then beginsto exit toward the Mid-Atlantic states on Thursday.
