- Plan and direct daily operations to meet the needs of the spa.
- Optimize staff schedules to maximize capacity, revenue, and profits.
- Maintain a clean and inviting ambiance for our customers.
- Manage inventory effectively and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with Hand & Stone policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Hire, train, and develop team members according to Hand & Stone policies and procedures.
